Khata keeps a simple book of money in and out — accounts, loans given and taken, the things you own — and works out every balance and your net worth by itself.
What Khata does
01Accounts and transfers
Cash, bank and mobile accounts with income, expenses and transfers between them. Type an entry, or say it: voice entry fills the form in for you to confirm.
02Loans, both ways
Money you borrowed and money you lent, with every repayment. A loan closes itself when nothing is left to pay.
03Assets and net worth
List what you own, update its value over time, record a sale. Net worth is accounts plus assets plus money lent, minus money borrowed.
04Regular items, never automatic
Rent, a salary, a monthly bill: Khata reminds you when one is due and you press Confirm or Skip. Nothing enters the book by itself.
05Reports you can print
Month and year summaries by category, twelve-month charts, CSV export and print.
06Phone and PC, one book
Install it on a phone like an app. It works without a connection and catches up when the connection is back. Amounts show in lakh grouping if you prefer.

Tell us which apps
Leave your details on the request page and tick the apps you want. Nothing is paid on this site.
We open your company
You get a company code, an administrator login, and each app you chose — every one with its own paid-until date.
Your team signs in once
One sign-in opens every app your company has. Your administrator adds the people; each app decides what they may do.
